The Internet has many amazing and easy to use tools and one of the better ones is MapQuest.com.

From their website, click on "Driving Directions" and you simply enter your starting point (example, your home address) and the address of your destination and MapQuest does the rest, giving you printed turn-by-turn directions as well as maps. This works between any two addresses, anywhere in the US and Canada. Click on "reverse directions" to get you back home again.

If you wanted to check out several auctions or make other stops during an outing, just repeat the steps adding the starting and ending addresses. MapQuest can even find you a motel or restaurant along the way.

The only tricky part is that you need to note the address of the destination you wish to visit before you visit the MapQuest home page.
